Description
A complete set to supply power to a DIY rack. It includes a 0hp power supply, DC power inlet and brick, and 2 bus boards. All the necessary accessories (cables, screws, standoffs) are included as well.
The power specs are the same as the StrongPWR set. BoardPWR doesn’t have a 4hp PSU, so it saves rack space. On the other hand, you’ll have to do a bit more work to DIY the PSU and power inlet into your case.
At APE, we ship the version with angled power connectors. These point outward from the bus board (not upward) so they save space. If you want the version with the straight power connectors, please contact us.

BoardPWR SET – includes a small 45W power board (zero HP) (+12V / 2A, -12V / 1.2A, +5V / 1.5A), power inlet panel with switch, two Filtered bus boards – each of them has 18 output headers (6 filtered and 12 direct) which ensures that you will be able to power up quite a lot of modules, 60W Meanwell medical type power brick, wires, spacers, and screws.
BoardPWR is a small and low weight PSU solution. You can mount it into your synth case without sacrificing any HP. BoardPWR is safely supplied from an external DC power brick (16-20V).
Filtered Bus Board is a low profile bus board with extra filtered output headers. Bus board contains 18 or 19 output headers (depends on what kind of bus board you chose). 12 (13) direct headers and 6 filtered headers with LC filters. Filtered headers are specially dedicated to feed analog modules that are sensitive/susceptible to power quality. Filters reject noise caused by PSU and digital modules by 70%. Each power rail is protected against over voltage so your modules and system are safe under all conditions. 90% of the bus board area has only 11mm with inserted connectors. This feature makes Filtered bus board an ideal power distribution solution for skiff cases where depth is a concern.
