Description
SAM stands for “Signal Attenuation Manager” or “Similar as Main unit”. It’s an attenuator similar to the Buildup&Drop control unit. When you connect it to the control unit, it extends the system with additional outputs. But you can also use it on its own.
As an extension unit, SAM receives the CV signal coming from the Buildup&Drop control unit. You can override this in the same way as on the control unit when you patch in a signal in the CV input.
BUD OUT outputs a copy of the buildup signal when connected. ATT OUT outputs the attenuated signal according to the settings of the knobs and switches.
The back of module has 2 headers to connect the Buildup&Drop control unit with the included cable. The second header can be used to chain additional extensions.
